Purpose of the Terms

gabaje (website: gabaje.cam) is an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. This document serves as a legal agreement between you ("User") and gabaje ("Platform"). By accessing any service, game, bonus or promotional offer on gabaje, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.

Account Security

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account and withdrawal process may remain on hold.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on gabaje is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All successfully processed deposits are credited to the account balance instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on gabaje is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is delayed or any suspicious activity is detected, the process may take longer.

• Withdrawal time: typically 5–30 minutes.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals are not possible before bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• gabaje reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

Prohibited Transactions

The following activities are strictly prohibited in relation to deposits or withdrawals, and if detected may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using stolen payment instruments.
• Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or artificial betting activity.

Welcome Bonus

gabaje offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 will give you a bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳47,000.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
• The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
• The bonus may only be used on games approved by gabaje.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time after the bonus is activated.

VIP and Cashback Program

gabaje's VIP program has four tiers. Tier progression is based on regular play and betting activity:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP cashback is calculated every week and credited directly to the account balance. No additional wagering requirement applies to cashback (unless stated in a specific promotion).

Bonus Abuse

gabaje takes a firm stance against bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure:

• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets or opposite bets for the purpose of claiming a bonus.
• Claiming promotional offers by providing false information.
• Using software or automated methods to place bets.

Game Usage Terms

gabaje offers a variety of games including cricket betting, slot games, live casino, multi bet and bird catcher. Each game may have its own specific rules displayed during play. Game-specific terms apply in addition to the general terms.

• All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the applicable policy will be followed.
• Betting limits are set individually for each game.
• Use of automated systems to gain software or strategic advantages is prohibited.

Disconnection and Technical Issues

Cricket and Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to cricket, football and other sports betting:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and funds returned.

• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

gabaje's maximum financial liability shall not exceed your account's current balance under any circumstances.

Right to Modify Terms

gabaje reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. For significant changes, gabaje will attempt to notify users via email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.

Account Closure Procedure

You may close your gabaje account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. Before closing your account, complete any pending bonus requirements and withdrawal processes. Once an account is closed, reopening an account under that person's name will be at gabaje's discretion.
